01

Lets discuss the best session for you or your child(ren) to come along to. We host 6 sessions every week at Madia Gym in Aldershot. 02

Be Prepared

Preparing for your session is easy, all you need to bring along is;

- Water bottle

- Comfortable gym clothes; ideally with long sleeves and legs

(No hoodies or zips)

If you decide Judo is right for you or your child(ren), we can discuss getting a Gi (uniform) for future sessions.

03

Arrive Early

We recommend arriving at Madia Gym 5 - 10 minutes early before your session will allow you/your child(ren) to settle in to the environment before starting

We accept new Judokas from ages 5 and up. No martial arts experience required, just a willingness to learn!

If you plan to keep training with us, you will need to join the British Judo Association (BJA) for insurance purposes. To apply for BJA (British Judo Association) membership apply online here. If you need support, please contact us.

If you're unsure if Judo is the sport for you or your child(ren), we recommend coming along to a FREE trial session and giving it a go! Judo has so many health benefits, both mental and physical, especially in children. Not only does Judo focus on building physical fitness, but it also improves focus, develops positive attitudes about sports in general, and increases self-esteem, self-discipline, self-respect, and courtesy toward others.
