Latest advice from the Government
Please keep following the government advice:
If you have a new persistent cough or a temperature of 37.8 or higher that has started recently, you must self-isolate for 14 days.
If a member of your family has a continual cough and/or temperature (as above), your whole family needs to self-isolate for 14 days.
If your symptoms get worse you MUST call NHS 111 for further advice
Thorough, regular hand-washing, wiping down of touch-areas with anti-bacterial wipes/gels, avoiding touching your face, keeping 2 metres distance from other people when outdoors/indoors/other areas etc ) will help save lives.
You are allowed to take exercise for 1 hour outside e.g. go for a walk, keeping social distancing, cycling.

As you are all aware, our club is a non-profit organisation and run on the subscriptions and PAYT fees from our members. This is an unprecedented scenario and we appreciate those financially able to continue to support the club.
